He’s the type of person others like to meet in the hallway and our ‘customers’ feel the same way. Whenever someone calls Derek with a problem his response is always, ‘I’ll be right there’ and then he is! He fixes whatever it is immediately and when you thank him, his response is always a smile and ‘no problem, let me know if you need anything else.’ Derek exhibits the high standards that Community Hospital values in its employees thereby earning the designation of ‘Caring Kind.
