ECG, Pharmacology and Airway Management (ECG/Pharm/Airway)
The AHA’s ECG & Pharmacology Course has been updated to reflect the 2010 AHA Guidelines for CPR and ECC. This class-based, facilitator-led course is designed to improve electrocardiogram (ECG) recognition skills and pharmacology knowledge for treating cardiovascular emergencies. The adult ECG & Pharmacology Course addresses a key knowledge gap in electrocardiogram (ECG) and pharmacology, and focuses on specific ECG recognition skills and drug treatment knowledge.
The AHA's Airway Management Course is a unique program designed to give students the chance to learn, practice and demonstrate their ability in applying many airway skills used in resuscitation. Students increase their awareness of various airway products and skills required.
By grouping these courses together, students will learn life saving techniques that will assist them in better understanding the advanced courses they may take and to provide better care for their patients.
