If you will be arriving for surgery, you should be contacted by the surgical education coordinator prior to your scheduled surgery date. Please register at the main registration area inside the north entrance of Community Hospital. Do not bring valuables or jewelry. Do not wear makeup or nail polish. Do bring a list of your medications—both prescription and over the counter. If you have further questions, please call the education coordinator at 308-344-8531.
