Community Hospital Health Foundation Board of Directors
The Community Hospital Health Foundation Board of Directors is comprised of ten members.
The Board of Directors include two members from the Community Hospital Board of Directors serving a one year term, the chair of the Community Hospital Board of Directors, the President of Community Hospital and six members that may serve two consecutive, three year terms.
