Recognizing Your Charitable Giving
Community Hospital Health Foundation recognizes donors in the following ways:
The Caring Club was formed shortly after Community Hospital Health Foundation was incorporated in 1985 and is made up of individuals, businesses and foundations who donate generously on an annual basis. The Caring Club contributions are published on a quarterly basis.

Scout $500
Pioneer $250
Memorial and honorarium gifts are listed on a quarterly basis.
Foundation Friends are our donors who donate any amount up to $250 on an annual basis. All donations to Community Hospital Health Foundation make a difference.
The Heritage Society was established to recognize, honor and express our gratitude to those whose commitment to Community Hospital has accumulated to a total giving of $10,000 or more. Donors become a Heritage Society member with a single gift of $10,000, or when cumulative giving reaches a minimum of $10,000. Heritage Society members are recognized on a donor wall at Community Hospital. The donor wall is updated annually to recognize new members and those who achieve a higher level through their giving.
