Fund Raising Events
Community Hospital Health Foundation works with volunteer committees to plan and implement events in which the proceeds go directly to the development of key programs at Community Hospital. Our patients, their families and our staff benefit greatly from the funds raised through these events.
Annual special events sponsored by Community Hospital Health Foundation include:
The John Mullen Pro-Am is held the first full weekend in June each year at Heritage Hills Golf Course in McCook. Proceeds from this event are directed to projects and programs determined by the Foundation’s Board of Directors.
Contributions raised annually through this event are used to support hospice programs in our region served by Community HealthCare & Hospice.
Started in 2013 to raise funds for the Anderson Center for Radiation Oncology, the concert features a nationally known celebrity.
Community Hospital Health Foundation conducts campaigns periodically to meet capital funding needs. The Campaign for Cancer Care was launched in December 2012 to help provide radiation oncology services to the people of our region. A 5,000 square foot building will be constructed on the Community Hospital grounds to house the radiation oncology equipment.
