Urology
Dr. Halsted has been associated with the Nebraska Urology Center, PC for 12 years. He specializes in medical and surgical urology and was recently re-certified by the American Board of Urology as a board certified urologist. He has trained and specialized in the newest prostate treatments including the Prolieve Microwave Therapy and both GreenLight and Revolix Laser prostate surgery. Dr. Halsted graduated from the University of Nebraska College of Medicine, Omaha in 1982. He completed his residency in urology from the University of Kansas Medical Center, Kansas City, Kan. in 1986 and was chief resident of urology, also at UKMC the following year.
