FROG Leaps to Superior, NE

FROG (Fitness Reaching Older Gens) has become so popular that members of Community Hospital’s group have been asked to train groups in Arnold and Superior, Nebraska. Brenda McGuire, Community Hospital’s FROG coordinator and other members of the FROG group leave early last week for Superior. Community Hospital’s FROG program now offers class sites in nine communities, including McCook, Indianola, Stratton, Curtis, Trenton, Culbertson, Hayes Center, Palisade and Maywood. FROG is an exercise program designed to help adults 55 years and older to improve their mobility and strength to help prevent injuries caused by falls. Exercise is low impact and with or without chair assistance.
