Grief Seminar Offered for Holidays

McCook, Nebraska—Community Hospital is offering a seminar, “Getting Through the Holidays: Tips for Those Grieving a Loved One” on Tuesday, November 20 from 5 to 6 p.m. in Community Hospital’s Prairie View Conference Room B.
Presenters are Becky Mai, CSW and Daphne Tidyman with Community Hospital’s social services department. Mai is a licensed social worker and has received bereavement training.
There is no cost to attend. Reservations are not needed, but those with questions can call Mai at 308-344-8221.
