Community Hospital is proud to offer a new visiting gastroenterologist for patients with complex and chronic gastrointestinal conditions. Please welcome Jeffrey Cloud, M.D., who is triple board-certified and fellowship-trained. He begins seeing patients at Community Hospital on September 29 and will hold clinics in McCook every other week.

Dr. Cloud is board-certified in Internal Medicine, Infectious Diseases and Gastroenterology. He treats general and complex conditions including colon polyps, Crohn’s disease, diverticulosis, GERD (gastroesophageal reflux disease), irritable bowel syndrome, inflammatory bowel disease, liver, and biliary disease, rectal bleeding and ulcerative colitis, and colorectal cancer screening.

Dr. Cloud attended medical school at U.T. Southwestern Medical School, Dallas, TX, and residency at Parkland Hospital / U.T. Southwestern, Dallas, TX. Dr. Cloud also completed fellowships in infectious disease at Beth Israel Deaconess Medical Center, Boston, MA, and in gastroenterology at Univ. of Virginia Medical Center, Charlottesville, VA. He is associated with Digestive Care Specialists in Casper, Wyoming.
