If you would like to attend a wellness fair without leaving your couch, hop on over to Community Hospital’s new virtual wellness fair at chmccook.org. On the home page, go to News And Events, then Virtual Wellness Fair, or click on Announcements (lower on the home page) and click on the link.

The wellness fair steps a participant through health screenings and infograms to learn about heart health, cholesterol, blood pressure, diabetes, BMI, sleep, nutrition, and more. Don’t wait though, as the wellness fair is offered only through November 30.
