Harvest Festival Health Fair at Trenton Medical Clinic August 4

The Trenton Medical Clinic will be providing a Harvest Festival health fair on Friday, August 4 from 7:30 to 10 am at the Trenton Community Building.

Blood Tests provided by McCook Clinic, PC are: Comprehensive Metabolic Profile plus Lipid Profile for $35, which include 22 results such as cholesterol (Total, LDL & HDL), electrolytes, blood sugar, liver health, kidney function and triglycerides (blood fats); Complete Blood Count or CBC for $10; Thyroid Stimulating Hormone or TSH for $25, which screens for thyroid gland problems; Prostate Specific Antigen or PSA for $20, which screens for prostate cancer, and HGBA1C, also called an A1C, $20, which is a marker for average blood glucose levels over the previous three months.

Appointments are not necessary. Fasting is required (no food or drink other than water and medications) 12 hours before the test. Payment is accepted at the door for blood draws. Cash and checks only will be accepted. Blue Cross, Blue Shield insurance billing is available. Please bring your insurance ID card.

Blood test results will be mailed to individuals within three weeks.
