Human Resource Manager – Full-time position working Monday-Friday
Major position responsibilities include:
Performs employee relations functions effectively to promote a positive work environment
Assists VP with the administration and review of the facility-wide compensation
Plans, investigates, and develops proposals related to establishing employee benefit programs and ensures compliance with benefit regulations
Oversees, develops, and monitors programs related to the retention of all hospital staff
Maintains an understanding of all laws which impact HR practices
Oversees leave of absence management
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Business or related field required, human resource emphasis preferred
3-5 years experience in human resources required
