Community Hospital Health Foundation was chartered as a 501(c)3 nonprofit organization in 1985, to engage the philanthropic community in supporting Community Hospital. The Foundation provides donors with meaningful giving opportunities, keeping them actively involved in the ongoing success of the hospital, which in turn improves the quality of life throughout the region.

Community Hospital relies on its team of dedicated health professionals who truly care about their patients; a supportive community that recognizes the value of quality healthcare; and administrators and staff who are serious about stewardship.
