Home Health RN: Approximately 32 hours/week typically working Monday – Friday plus on-call rotation to include nights and weekends.
Job responsibilities include: Providing care, while promoting optimum client independence in a home setting within the scope of practice and according to all regulations. As a team leader, effectively delegates, directs, coordinates, and supervises the delivery of comprehensive nursing care provided to clients by the care team. Effectively interacts with families, physicians, and other health team members.
Qualifications:
- Nebraska RN licensure required
- Minimum of one year of nursing experience required
- Valid driver’s license required
