Leading Our Region to a Healthier Future

From the beginning, Community Hospital Health Foundation has worked hand in hand with community support, dedicated volunteers, sponsors and Heritage Hills to make the Pro-Am the prestigious event it has become. Conceived as a charitable fundraiser more than thirty years ago, the tournament has raised over $520,000 for healthcare programs, projects, equipment and capital construction. 

The event brings the community together while raising funds and awareness of our local healthcare services. Proceeds will support the mission of Community Hospital in leading our region to a healthier future. The Health Foundation funds healthcare equipment, patient assistance, program funding, healthcare scholarships and education, and much more.

18-Hole Team Shamble Format

Scramble from the tee to include the pro’s drive. Individuals will then play their own ball in from there and record each score. All individual scores will need to be entered. Teams will be placed in flights based on number of registered teams.

Professionals 60+ may use White Tees
Amateurs 60+ may use Gold Tees

Amateur Team Skins (Optional)
Fee due at registration - $20 per team

Professional Skins (Optional)
Fee due at registration - $20 each

Additional on-course games may be available.
