Traveling long distances for quality cancer care is no longer required, thanks to advancements in cancer care at Community Hospital in McCook, Nebraska. Community Hospital's Infusion department and the Anderson Center for Radiation Oncology now provide advanced medical oncology and radiation oncology services to patients in a 15-county area in southwest Nebraska, northwest Kansas and eastern Colorado.
Patients are accepted through physician referral and will receive a well-rounded treatment package with:

At The Anderson Center for Radiation Oncology, we specialize in the precise and effective treatment of cancer using advanced radiation

MEDICAL ONCOLOGY
Located in the Medical Specialists Center, Medical Oncology focuses on treating cancer with medications, such as chemotherapy, hormone therapy, targeted therapy, and immunotherapy. Medical oncologists oversee a patient’s care from diagnosis through the course of the disease.
