The Admissions Representative is the first encounter for those entering the hospital or clinic. Duties include handling all incoming and outgoing calls quickly and courteously. Receiving patients and visitors, ascertaining their needs, providing directions, and helping them accordingly. The Admissions Representative will also be responsible to obtain required information and consents for patient registrations and maintain accurate patient census as needed.
Requirements:
- Associate Degree in Business or related field and/or equivalent work experience required
- Hospital or Medical Office experience preferred
- Must be at least 19 years of age
