Behavioral Health LPN - Full-Time

The Behavioral Health LPN is responsible for checking in patients upon their arrival. Using the EHR, the Behavioral Health LPN will obtain vital signs, initiate patient contact, gather any required information, and review the medical records for completeness before the provider sees the patient.  The Behavioral Health LPN makes sure appropriate supplies are available for the patient’s visit and any procedures.  Additionally, they will triage patient phone calls, medication requests, support provider within office procedures and administer logs such as refrigeration control and sample medication receiving and distribution.

Requirements:

  • Current licensure as a Licensed Practical Nurse by the State of Nebraska Department of Health and Human Services required
  • Current Basic Life Support (BLS) preferred
  • Experience in clinical setting preferred
  • Basic computer and office equipment knowledge required
