Chase Crawford was born and raised in southwest Nebraska, where he graduated from Arapahoe High School. Before attending Pharmacy School at the University of Nebraska Medical Center, he split his undergraduate studies at the University of Nebraska-Lincoln and Evangel University in Springfield, MO. He completed his Doctorate of Pharmacy degree from UNMC in 2007. He is certified as a Board Certified Pharotherapy Specialist (BCPS) by the Board of Pharmacy Specialties and as an Antimicrobial Stewardship Pharmacist from the Society of Infectious Diseases Pharmacists. He is a member of the Hematology/Oncology Pharmacy Association. At Community Hospital, Chase has the opportunity to participate in many facets of caring for members of the community, but he particularly enjoys meeting and caring for oncology patients.

Chase and his wife, Karissa, call McCook home with their four children: Cali, Jed, Canon and Jay.
