McCook, Neb. — Community Hospital Health Foundation is pleased to announce the appointment of Linda Graff to its Board of Directors. Graff, a retired radiology technologist who served Community Hospital for many years before retiring in March 2021, brings a wealth of healthcare experience and a deep commitment to the community. She is also an active community member, engaged in numerous local events and non-profit organizations, making her a valuable addition to the Foundation’s leadership team.

Graff joins current members Jim Hall, Cathy Kenny, Shari Lewis, Matt Tiller, and Troy Bruntz, President and CEO of Community Hospital, who serves as a standing member of the Health Foundation Board.

Additionally, Karen Craw and Matt Nielsen will continue to represent Community Hospital’s Board of Directors on the Health Foundation board for another one-year term.

The Foundation also welcomes Nichole Hartzer, Administrator of McCook Family Medicine, PC, as an ex-officio member of the Community Hospital Board who will also serve as an active member of the Health Foundation Board. Hartzer will serve a one-year term in place of board member Ashley Vontz.

As the Foundation welcomes new leadership, it also bids farewell to Bruce McDowell, whose term concluded at the end of December. McDowell began his service in January 2020 and completed two consecutive three-year terms. During his tenure, he provided valuable insight and steadfast support for the Foundation’s initiatives.
