The Maintenance Tech will perform a variety of routine-to-skilled preventative maintenance duties in the repair, alteration and modification of buildings, equipment, and facilities. Other duties include hazardous waste and trash removal, snow removal, building access control, assist with fire and safety code compliance, and required on call duties as assigned.
Requirements:
- High school diploma/GED preferred
- Two years' experience in maintenance or construction required
- Valid driver's license required
