Materials Management Clerk - Part-Time

The Materials Management Clerk will be responsible for filing requisitions throughout different departments, placing orders through electronic purchase order system, monitoring and tracking par levels of storeroom items and orders. The clerk will receive deliveries electronically into systems, retain all packing slips, and deliver to departments in a timely manner. The clerk will aid the department director in inventory management by maintaining correct entries into the inventory system, performing regular cycle counts, and issuing all items. The clerk will work with departments on researching correct products when requested, communicating backorders and product changes, and finding and correcting issues on purchase orders.

Requirements:

  • High school diploma or GED preferred
  • Ability to lift up to 50lbs
