McCook Clinic Nurse Manager: Full-time position typically working Monday – Friday.
The McCook Clinic Nurse Manager will be responsible for providing clinical practice leadership for the operation of overseeing patient care practices and collaborating with healthcare providers, at the McCook Clinic. This position includes a combination of clinical and administrative responsibilities, encompassing the provision of guidance, mentorship, and training for the nursing personnel. It also includes managing scheduling and efficiently staffing both nursing and healthcare providers, coordinating the staffing needs in the Emergency Department (ED) and ensuring adherence to contractual obligations under the supervision of the Primary Care Director.
Qualifications:
Current licensure as a Registered Nurse or Licensed Practical Nurse by the State of Nebraska Department of Health and Human Services required.
Clinical nursing experience of 3+ years (clinic or acute care hospital preferred) and 1+ years of management/supervisory experience required.
