Description:
The Patient Experience Specialist will serve as an internal expert and consultant for the Professional Research Consultants, Inc. (PRC) or other patient satisfaction surveys for Community Hospital. This position serves in the role of consultant to departments and teams with regard to customer/patient satisfaction data analysis, action planning and evaluation. The position also reports on customer/patient satisfaction efforts within the strategic planning and process-based management systems.
Requirements:
- Clinical background/experience/education preferred
