Dr. Robert Hinze attended undergraduate school at the University of Nebraska, Lincoln (UNL).  He completed his medical school studies through Temple University School of Podiatric Medicine (TUSPM) in Philadelphia, PA in 2001.  He completed 2 residency programs, Temple Northeastern and Chestnut Hill, both in Philadelphia.

Dr. Rob Hinze began his podiatric practice in July 2004 in McCook, NE at 306 West D Street, in the same building with his brother Dr. Todd Hinze (chiropractor) and their father, Dr. Steve Hinze (oral surgery).  Within the first months of practice, he realized there was such a great need for podiatry services in Southwest Nebraska, he expanded his practice to several communities in the area.

Within the last 20 years of business, Dr. Hinze has expanded his services to outreach clinics in Benkelman, Minden, Franklin and into Kansas at Colby, Norton, and Quinter.  In addition to outreach clinics, Dr. Hinze provides surgical services and is credentialed at the hospitals in McCook, Holdrege, Benkelman, Minden, Franklin, Colby, Norton, and Quinter.

Dr. Hinze is a member of the American Podiatric Medical Association (APMA), and is a fellow of the American College of Foot and Ankle Surgeons (ACFAS).  Locally, Dr. Hinze is a member of the McCook Chamber of Commerce and active in St. Patrick’s Church and Knights of Columbus.  He also helps coach 4H Shooting Sports, USAYESS, SCTP and Junior Olympic shotgun competitions.
