CH Welcomes Telehealth Endocrinologist

McCook, Neb. – Community Hospital is excited to announce the addition of Dr. Sravanthi Sanivarapu, a telehealth endocrinologist, to its medical staff. Dr. Sanivarapu will see patients through telemedicine equipment located in the Medical Specialists Center on the second Friday of each month beginning April 12. Referral from a primary care provider is required.

Dr. Sanivarapu specializes in diagnosing and treating a wide range of conditions affecting hormones, glands, and tissues. Her expertise encompasses the regulation of functions such as growth, metabolism, reproduction, mood, and more. She has effectively overseen the management and treatment of a range of conditions, such as diabetes, thyroid disorders, osteoporosis, infertility, and specific types of cancer. Providing telemedicine services since 2022, her key knowledge ensures convenient access to expert endocrinology care.

Dr. Sanivarapu earned her medical degree from Kurnool Medical College in Kurnool, Andhra Pradesh, India. She completed her internal medicine residency at The Brooklyn Hospital Center in Brooklyn, New York, and subsequently finished her Endocrinology Fellowship at Nassau University Medical Center in East Meadow, NY. She achieved board certifications in both Internal Medicine and Endocrinology in 2017, demonstrating her commitment to maintaining the highest standards of patient care.
